Hey guys sorry to add to this topic, but I have the same bike and thinking of running a 195 dunlop slick on the 2017 R6. Any geometry changes needed?
Changing from what tires... For what tracks... At what pace... You'll likely need changes. But its a lot better/easier to fix issues found while riding the bike.
Ah so you aren’t even in the ballpark of a good race setup. The stock geometry isn’t great, especially on fast flowing tracks. The stock front end isn’t long enough in my experience. And who knows if the springs are within range. It’ll be best if you can find a good suspension tuner to sort the geometry.
