WTT for Track Prepped R1 or R6

Looking to trade 2016 S1000R for track prepped R1 (2015 or newer) or R6 (2017 or newer).
Bike has approximately 16000 miles and has had regular service intervals. No mechanical issues whatsoever. Never laid down.
Located in central Virginia.

 

Why not 'add' a bike for track-only?

 

Made the decision to give up street riding in favor of the track. Too many close calls on the street. Without riding on the street, this bike doesn't do me much good. It would be a shame to let it sit.
