Who Was The Guy Who Raced A Hercules Rotary With WERA In The 80's?

My brother took this pic yesterday in the IoM. It's entered in the Classic Senior and classed as a 350.

 

IDK who raced one, but a buddy of mine had a W2000, and I rode it some and helped him rebuild it.
The one in the picture is going to melt that exhaust. There is a reason they had dual pipes and cooling scoops

 

It looks like it has two exhausts, also by the look of the fairing if might still have that big fan in front of the engine. The same team has two Norton roataries there as well so they seem pretty well versed in the problems with those engines.
