My best friend growing up had a cousin we called Dogmess, and for good reason.
He didn't have the brains that God gave a grasshopper's ass and he was goofy as hell.
Right after he graduated HS, he ran for state representative (in MA) and won.
He looked like a fool at the Statehouse and was re-elected. I have no illusions about who is electable.
