It's just like retail or grocery stores - why not just include tax in the price you list on the shelf?
Anyone else as sad as I am that a grown ass mostly white dude over the age of forty didnt know a B29 when he saw one? I'm going to go sit on the couch and weep softly for this country.
Thanks for the heads up on them doing flights. I bought a couple of tickets for me and my 84-year-old father to go on the flight when he comes to town. Hope he likes his birthday present.
That Connie is a stunning airplane. Got to check it out at Sun and Fun a couple of weekends ago. Tried to hitch a warbird ride but was a little too slow and everything sold out quickly. Next year for sure as it's a bucket list item and since my kiddo works at the airport, I get free Sun and Fun access
Because every time the locals or feds change it you have to relabel every shelf. It's also MUCH easier to get people to pay add ons versus having it in the initial pricing. Look what racers are willing to pay for power and camping, if the tracks charged us directly and we passed those on in entry fees people would flip the fuck out.
I just got back from Dayton for a family thing. We had some time on Saturday and went to the USAF History museum. We spent about 4 hrs and I had to hurry through it to see about half of it. I would really like to spend a couple of days there. It is awesome and free.
