I'm thinking about getting back to racing.
Last time I raced was in 2007 in CA willow spring raceway.
I have moved to the east coast and think closest track is New Jersey Motorsportpark
    I used to race TZ250's had a few races on a R6.
    I don't think I want to start on a 600.
I'm looking at the Kawasaki 250 or 300.
Is there any class for those bikes, do they run same class?
Also I'm over 40 years old and I assume there is class for over 40?
    Any advise?

250 can run fss, clubman and something else. 300 is ess, clubman and something else iirc. Over 40 would be senior SB but you need a 600 to race it. 250 and 300 wont work in senior

WERA doesnt run at NJMP,but CCS does 3 times a season. At CCS,250/300 ninjas and similar wee-bikes have a couple specific classes for them, ulralight thunderbike(sprint) and GT ultralight(25 minute) and bump into 500 Supersport(thats for 500cc twins and fzr400's but ninjettes do really well in that class). Might be another class as well, but not sure about anything else they run in. Some of the more knowledgeable 2 fiddy WERA racers should chime in shortly on where they run here.
