    I bet this is Cliff Bigoney, went from WERA to AMA 250 sometime in the late '80's…I raced with him when he started with WERA back in 1985 on an RZ350. Very good rider, eventually stopped racing for some reason…played the trumpet professionally.

    Ok that 86 limited edition makes me smile and it looks like he switched the rear wheel to an 1100 to get more width. I remember racing when the belly pans were not required. LOL My limited is almost restored from its early duties in 2000 for V6HW and my AHRMA Next Gen clone looks nice for it's age.

    It could be a Harris-frame with Rotax in-line 250cc twin, rotary valve…there were several different types of Rotax in-line 250cc powered bikes, such as the EMC-Harris, which I once owned, the Exactweld, the Can-Am, the Armstrong…
    this one here looks like an Armstrong.
