This guy is doing it right! https://www.usatoday.com/story/spor...ey-van-nfl-retirement-falcons-bucs/572097002/
I made it until I saw his yeti tshirt. My mind said "sponsored stunt" or "trend-slut joiner." But I could be wrong.
That's actually a thing in a Keto diet and it works for some people. The right fats are good, don't pay attention to what the government's been telling you.
Good for him. I'm around a lot of ex-athletes that have never considered life after the game and struggle with it greatly.
You would be surprised. The ones at the end of the bench aren't really treated like the starters. Which makes up the majority of them.
You should look into Keto diets. I think you'd be surprised. I switched my diet that way last year and Ive never been a big guy by any means, 5'7" 165 lbs and lost 15 lbs almost overnight.
In the OP, Hawley didnt see himself, or at least the author in the referenced article didnt project that perspective. It was decribed that Hawley felt constant presseure to perform or be replaced. Watching game film. Being told where to be and when. It appeared he needed a break from the "NFL structure". Seems as though he's taking a sabatical for a mental rejuvenation. I envy the dude
Actually the NFL ditched him, by not renewing his contract. The girl was probably a byproduct of that decision as well. Like mentioned above, when you go from the queen to some chick in a van, that’s harder for the ladies to accept.
