Good sales people . . . hard to find That also is why really good sales people make a lot of money. Not many people have the skills and disciplines to be good at it. It is easy to be mediocre, and make a "livin'". But really good ones are pretty rare. BUT, the greatest sales person in the world can not overcome long term the product that does not have a higher value than the sum of it's costs. The value is going to be dictated by what the market is willing to pay soooo . . . if you're in business, you had better be good at what you do.
