That was a very well written article! I like the way he stayed to the facts. Yeah and Fuck Kim, I hope he ends up paying costs.

 

As someone who has been in a 3 year legal battle with 5 lawyers- I would not wish the legal process on my worst enemy, no wait, I would wish it upon them. Kim must be a total asshole

 

Defendants should file to have Kim pay their legal expenses so Kim can never again put his dumb ass in the seat of any motorcycle. Ever.

In order to win on the track, one might consider the importance of actually staying on the track.

I know this won't be popular, but I honestly I would be really pissed.

I've run off there, and it was no harm no foul because racetrack. If I had been launched by a sandbag three feet off the track and wound up in the hospital I would be furious.

Would I sue? No. Shit happens. I can take my licks and move on.

 

It almost looks like target fixation.

 

So where do you draw the line? Do you go after tracks because they're gopher holes in the ground and hitting one of them made you crash after you went off track?
