To Mongo - Kawasaki contingency to novices?!

Mongo, I'm sure this is the dumbest question you've heard but I'll ask it anyway... Since the updated contingency info shows Kawasaki paying in some classes, but does not identify "expert" or "novice" like it does in some others, could I assume that they are paying in both?

Yeah, I know what they say about assuming, but it seemed like it worth asking anyway. And if they are, it could definitely sell a few bikes for them to some of the newbies out there!
