It's kind of funny and startling at the same time. When I was lowly Supervisor for 40 electricians at a power plant, it was abundantly clear that I was responsible for everything my guys did on the job. Their screw-ups were my screw-ups. My boss was responsible too so he was very much concerned with how I did my job, just as the plant manager was up his ass too. SO, just how does the "CEO" of any of these organizations get to plead ignorance and seven levels removed? Off with their heads!
