   Yeah i just learned this week that VA doesn't have an Open container law.
   
   Meaning all passengers are legally allowed to drink, there's no law saying it's illegal for them, just for the driver.
   
   Which I guess makes more sense to me than the laws back in the Ol' Commonwelath of PA, where you had to pay for the actions of your passengers if pulled over.
