Of all the things for a Tennessean to be embarrassed about, I would think this would be pretty low on the list!!

 

I was born and raised in Tn. I gots no problem with it.

 

Especially since I live in Middle TN, and not East TN.

What about a dentist office? I've been to eastern TN and I can say for certain that oral hygiene was not prominent.

Does it help that since we set forth on our trip down there, I've had recurring instances of "Last Train to Clarksville" in my head? I don't know if Mickey Dolenz was singing about TN but that's the Clarksville that comes to my mind.
