Hey @brex - it. Building Nervader as soon as the snow breaks. Man, I am so glad that I struck out in UT (I can still see it from my view though). There's far more leave-me-alone land here than in UT, and far fewer zombies.

 

And no income tax.



Aside from AK, the only state where the gubmint owns more land than UT is NV. So the private land available is sparse and can get quite remote in places. Which is nice.
Less than 15% of all land in NV is available to the public.

My kid was just there for few months at the end of last year. Amazing place.

 

Watch out for backpack bombs. Every time I've been there, there's been a bombing within +- a few days. My kid and I missed being blown up in a coptic Christian church by a couple days.
