Pork shoulder steaks off the grill for us. 6-7 shakes of worcestershire, threaten with onion powder, sprinkle with garlic, and generously Montreal. And baked, double buttered, Montreal'd taters.
They are not bad, there used to be a better place further up 17/92 on the right before 434. Not sure it is still there.
Saute'd cod in a rose' wine sauce, asperagras, small boiled potatoes, heirloom tomato slices with fresh basil and balsamic vinegar for dinner tonight. I better get cooking right after the gin and tonic.
Alex's 941 S US Hwy 17 92, Longwood, FL 32750 That's the one you're probably talking about, another good one.
we always throw 3-4 sticks in our sauce Bolognese/ little secret: no garlic but a bit of finely chopped bacon
Nobody races for the bottom (or the top) like we do. It's the American way. Hey, I am a fan of Occam. I think food in America, because it is such a melting pot, has such amazing agricultural capacity, and is a wealthy country, is probably better than anywhere else you can go. "American" (as in endemic) food isn't all that strong though (NC/Texas/KC BBQ are obvious exceptions; the industrial donut is not. Putting mechanically separated and processed chicken meat with bbq sauce on pizza is emphatically not). YMMV. Rick, there is a tune on Santana 1 written just for you. Can you guess which one?
It was in early 20', I have to assume that place made it through Covid. Haven't driven past in the last year though.
I got lit up last night watching the Aggies whip 'bama and ended up eating a Digiorno. Shit was good. No pics.
