Do you need measurements, or the actual procedure?

Well, suspension is very subjective, it seems. Dan Kyle (Kyle Racing Engines) worked on my legs and says he likes to see 32-38 mm (front) and 25 mm (rear) with the rider on board. That's for an RC51, but sag figures on street bikes are pretty universal, I believe.
Most people I know run less, I think.

Check again tomorrow. I'm sure much more knowledgeable people will be checking in.

hey alabummer, suspension is what i call a 'black art' it's very subjective and what works for one does not work for another. setting the sag is only the beginning...with you in riding position, set the front anywhere from 20-35mm then set the rear 20-30mm. this is still a range but will be close. you can adjust this as you get used to riding it...

this only gets the 'attitude' of the bike right... now you'll have to play with damping...and this is the real subjective part...start from stock settings then follow the steps: 1) turn ONE adjustment A LOT, see for yourself what that feels like. then go back to stock. 2) turn same adjuster the other way A LOT see what it feels like. then back to stock. 3)repeat 1&2 with each adjuster making notes along the way.

once you have an idea what each adjuster does (in your own terms) to change the way the suspension feels, you can then start adjusting IN SMALL INCREMENTS FROM STOCK until you get something YOU LIKE.

    that's my .02 good luck...
to avoid the above just leave the bike with traxxion dynamics or marmo or computrack...and let them work their magic.
