    I won't try to remember, or type out all of the details, but getting professionally fitted is well worth the money. Your problems should clear up, and you will gain some power/speed.

    I definately recommend getting fitted. Your bike and running shoes. I was fitted for running shoes and started getting pains in my knees so when to see an ortho and he advised the reason for the pain is because my new shoes supported my feet and aligned my body better for running that i would need to strengthen my legs to better support my knee then I find out I never had arthritis in my knees ( which i was told by a previous Dr. I had) my bone structure below my knees is slightly tilted. So its amazing the things you find out. Running shoes work awesome now.
