Well, the development of the "men in white" evolved over time. See, back then there were tri-k rallies the night before. Everybody would end up getting pretty drunk after terrorizing the locals. Many would pass out in corners around the track. In the morning, they'd just sit there anyway and eventually somebody gave them a few flags to wave every now an then. You've come a long way baby!
Not meaning to offend, just trying to ascertain a vauge semblance as to the era of the photo (the absence of Nazi arm-bands possibly implying a pre-war status?). All ball-busting aside, let the record state that WERA officials are fair and just if not downright hugable. You guys are great and please keep doing what you are doing.
