Roebling road raceway

Roebling road raceway, hello just curious to know about the track, going for a test n tune dec 16-17 was wondering if anyone had any insight about the track

 

Are there specifics you looking for?

The first turn is a right.

It's fast.

There are cats that roam around the property .

The last turn is a right.

Motor trend TV does a lot of filming there.

Bring some ground cover...pits are sand.

Let me know if there is anything else.

I will be there with the Bargy school. My bike number is 334, find me in the paddock and we can talk about the track. Love Roebling, it's my favorite.

 

Don't crash in turn 3.

The track might feel like you are racing on a sidewalk in terms of wide it is but I like it. It flows nicely...

 

its relatively flat, with maybe a 5-10 foot elevation change. The front straight (only straight really) is just under 1 mile long, so you will probably find your red line or rev-limit.

 

Would have been better if I stated this will be my first time at this track.

Does this track have Apex markers in general or for the race school ?

Its an easy track layout. However, the faster you go the more critical your concentration has to be to carry speed. And stay tight in turn 3, mid track is a slight bump that washes peoples fronts out on the first lap.

 

Thats what im taljing about good looking out . that important details

 

Track is fast and flowing, you'll click off 15 laps in what seems like a blink of an eye. Not much runoff is my only complaint on track. As far as the paddock someone already mentioned the fire ants.

T1.....you can take that turn way faster than you originally think the first time you go out.

Track is under new management and the cats are long gone. Was just there and rode Oct 22nd and 23rd.

 

I was there last August and I saw a few at the trailer/house. They didn't wander too far, though.

 

Must be keeping them doped up. They didn't bother us.
