As a kid growing up in SoCal who loved baseball, I think his voice was tattooed in my brain. Rest in Peace sir. Thanks for the memories.

The Giants announcing staff, which includes Hall of Fame'er Jon Miller, did a wonderful tribute to Vin in last night's Giants-Dodgers game. He was a national treasure, and an example of why baseball on the radio is a timeless part of America.

Hope you are calling games in the sky, Vin.

Always enjoyed his craft. Another nuance of sports lost. RIP.

RIP Vin Scully. One of the truly great baseball broadcasters.
