is there an alternative for quicker fills without going with a dry break set up. I know cheap and Racing do not belong in the same sentence, but looking for a cheaper alternative
You can use some of the ascerbis style ones, modify your fuel cap to open completely, and remove the entire inner portion of filler neck from your stock tank (the part inside the tank, not the part that seals to the cap). We used that setup on our endurance bike last year. Almost as fast as a true dry break, and probably 25% of the cost.
