Prague....any input

Well its booked. Arriving into Prague on a Friday afternoon, leaving by train Sunday afternoon. Flight times kinda suck...but at least I can sit in the lounge in ATL and AMS for a few hours and graze/drink.

What's customs in AMS like lately?

Im staying a little east of "downtown" and near a metro line. How much english is there on their metro signage? Any? I prefer to use the local subways if its feasible for a foreigner.
