I did a drive up Hwy 1 yesterday (had stayed the night in Paso Robles then took Hwy 46 to Hwy 1). Every few minutes I would be a Porsche (or 3 or 4) headed southbound. At first I thought that is was just a fine day to be on a road that can be pretty fun in a sports car until I had seen maybe hundred or so go by me. I then thought that maybe some Porsche gathering had happened over the weekend at Carmel or Pebble Beach or something.

I'd love to go to one of those Porsche Rennsport Reunions. I never hear anything about 'em 'til they're over. This last one was only the sixth event over some decades.

This event was awesome. I was there on Friday and Saturday.....couldn't believe some of the stuff I was seeing. If you're even remotely into cars, then I'd highly recommend this event!
