Currently have the suit and stand hangers mounted to the wall of my enclosed trailer that has 2”x 3” hollow aluminum studs.

I am looking to move them to my new trailer that has 1” x 2” hollow aluminum studs. Has anyone else successfully mounted their hangers, cabinets, tire racks, etc to 1” x 2” studs?

    BrentA Very expensive.

I'm not using Pitbull's stand hangers, but I am hanging their stands from the wall of my van using some generic steel brackets and 2 M6 rivet nut threaded inserts. The sheet metal of my wall is ~1/16" thick. I use 2 eyebolts going into riven nuts and string a strong bungee across the legs to hold it firmly against the wall. No problems.
The Pitbull stands use 4 holes I believe. With rivet nuts for thinner walls, you should be okay.
All depends on how securely your walls are also attached. Distribute the load adequately.
