I understand that and I also know why I used to think stuff like that was funny. I don't personally think it's funny anymore. But then again there was a time when I didn't like the taste of boiled cabbage. Tastes can be acquired and lost.

I think it was funny...with no ill will intended. I just didn't get it.
I've been verbally assaulted and damn near kicked out of bars for some of my jokes, but Marines love 'em.

 

Really it's a pronunciation/language joke. Probably mildy racist but they damn sure are funny. Like a million of them.
