Anybody else see the irony here?
That was the year of the swine flu which was also supposed to be deadly.
Track guy: "Hey Motofun, how much you got in that canopy set up right there??"
Motofun: "not too much, I really only got about 300 dollars poured into it."
Actually they were watching a Formula one race in Poland that was spectator-free. So yeah, basically a footie match.
That makes more sense. Didn’t think Soccer fans had crane rental money just laying around
Not F1, speedway, very popular motorsport in Europe, MX on oval track.
Actually it was an on location adult film in production.
Where snickers go to die:
It's no big deal... It's a Baby Ruth...
I hear it really satisfies ....
LOL what? MX on oval track?
Aint nothing at all MX about it other than maybe helmets?
But yes, Speedway Grand Prix. One of the best motorsports that nobody in America knows about.
I count two wheels vs. four, so there is another slight similarity.
She needs to chew her food better...you can still see the peanuts.
Yes, great entertainment!......I've been to the Speedway races at Costa Mesa (I think it was there....Near LA).
Definitely closer to flattrack than mx tho.
Very much so. I went to quite a few Speedway races in the UK, including the World Championship one year, ninety odd thousand inside Wembley Stadium and the engines were drowned out by the crowd noise, quite something. Not a huge fan of Speedway though, always struck me that the bloke who gated first generally won the race but at domestic level it is a team sport so it did make it interesting. Not a patch on Flattrack which apart from roadracing is my favourite motorsport.
Greg Hancock, the fastest guy nobody in the US knows, 4 time world champ? FYI I love speedway.
I just "Coinstar'd" four 1 gallon jars of pennies, got $205. Took it as Lowes giftcard and built a firepit.
But would you rent a cherrypicker to watch it lol.
So, you just set your money on fire?
