Not a Viper, just a grey rat snake, incredible climber. Probably wants to speak to you about your cars extended warranty, and eat any rodents you may have.

 

The snake or the home owner, cuz eatin' rodents in the garage is a good thing? Just ask the kitties.

 

I'll take one...for the garage. It's big enough that the cats won't fuck with it too much.

 

That's a "Hi state farm? yeah, my house is on fire" kind of situation.

 

The homeowner. The garage is officially out doors. Once through the flappy door, mine.

 

I don't know if it's fake or not, but it has the pointed snout of a venomous snake. Non-venomous snakes have a more rounded nose. Easy way to tell without knowing what kind of snake it is exactly.

Pic isn't sharp enough to confirm other venomous snake characteristics - scale plates on the head/tail, slit pupils, pits, venom sacks...
I'm goin' with Mechdziner's assessment...the skin pattern is near spot on.

Turtle with the world on its back. Reminds me of a lot of Steven King symbolism.

 

I've never seen a turtle with stuff growing on its back like that.

 

Obviously a Tango Turtle in live Gator Green camouflage...likely part of a sleeper cell.
