Not at all. The only thing I was worried about when I first started was that I had to put money into an account before I could get songs.... But it makes sense. Since they are soo cheap, they can't do "pay as you pick". The fees would negate their profit. I have had an account with them for about 8 mos. And I still have $$$ in that account. It doesn't dissapear over time. My point is that they seem to me to be on the up and up.:up:
www.ares.com is good to download from. you download 1/12th of a song from 12 different users or something, makes it really hard to get viruses, etc. speed is good. havent had any problems as of yet
