hello all well as you can expect this is another thread about a new bike for a new rider. i am just finishing up my championships and have learned a ton this year. i am currently racing a ktm 625. this past weekend at CMP i ran a 1:51.7 and i passed a few sv650s. i dont want to feel like a fish in a big pond if i move up to a sv650 but ive never ridden a 600. where is the best place to ride one on the track? i dont want to race it i just want to get a feel of it so we can make a good decision. any ideas or thoughs? thanks john von

The best place to ride a type of bike you are not used to is at a track that you are very comfortable on. The tight section at CMP will be a lot different on the 600 than a Motard but if you are comfortable there it is the best place.
