should have purchased a racebike(oppinion).....much cheaper than building from scracth
and there are many out there for sale due to the SV
    bodywork $4-600
    shock $5-800
    brake lines $75

There are about 5-6 guys still left in the SE pushing our luck on the FZR's. Email me direct with a list of what you need, I have some things you can use.

The FZR list can be found at www.yahoogroups.com

Good luck, the FZR is a blast! Damn SV's.... oops that slipped out.

check out the for sale section of our site - www.3dracingonline.com

and email my brother at [email protected]
(bikes and stuff are at his house)

we both upgraded to SV's from FZR's this winter, and i think still have a bunch of parts left for sale.

let him know what you're looking for, and ask him what we have.

I would hang on to the cherry bodywork for resale reasons!

Sharkskins makes upper and lower and I would suggest using the TZ tail. Also the FZR600 upper looks better than 400.

I like Beasley. It's fairly inexpensive, and durable. The fit & finish is pretty good too. I've been very happy with their products. Not quite as spiffy as Sharskinz, but considerably cheaper. Call Speedwerks,(http://www.speed-werks.com) they can get it for you. (Those guys are the MASTERS of racing, tuning, and prepping FZR400's.)
