Question. So the AG is part of the Executive Branch, is appointed by the POTUS and sits on the POTUS cabinet.

Does the AG work for the POTUS? Even though it doesn’t directly state this, the AG still works for the POTUS correct?

This relates to the New York Bar Association demand that the AG Barr recuse himself from the Ukraine ordeal. So what’s their legal standing / position etc. ?
