No reasons given. Not that he had that great of a season on one of the top teams https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/950505/1/qatar-winner-tetsuta-nagashima-will-stop-racing-2021
Poor guy can't even afford new jeans. For the sake of good racing, I hope we see that bike near the front this year.
That is quality work I’ll give him that...it’s gonna be weird tho when a girl at the club asks him “Who is that” and he is all like “That’s me”... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Whoa, this would be a major hit to Suzuki. https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/154465/motogp-team-boss-brivio-linked-to-shock-f1-switch
i mean it would come with a significant, significant raise. it's a bit risky on the F1 team, but why not
Yeap but it's with Renault. Eh, could be worse, could be with Haas. Now, if it was with one of F1's greatest teams, Sauber, I'd be digging it.
" Carmelo Ezpeleta , Dorna's number one, was informed this morning of the decision taken by Brivio and the official statement from Suzuki on the manager's farewell is expected tomorrow." looks like it's a done deal..it's an Italian source, so take it with ah many grains https://www.formulapassion.it/motor...enault-alonso-abiteboul-budkowski-541865.html
I'm not successful, so I wouldn't know past my adidas. Interesting that he goes hiking in sneakers, but to each their own. I guess if they are $700, spikes come out the bottom or something when necessary
I also find it interesting that he takes his moto gp bike along for said hiking trip but then again we are just frumpy Americans
Can't fault Brivio if it's true. He upped his value tremendously last year, and just like a rider, has to move on to the next challenge and get paid accordingly. Positions in this industry are generally not long term deals, and based on merit and success' of the teams. You win, you're a god. You lose, you're out. We'll most places, cough, yamaha, cough.
He did it right. Went out on top. He'll always be the guy that brought the championship back to Suzuki.
That's "more likely" then Team VR46 going to Suzuki in motogp. They'd fire Jarvis before they let Rossi leave Yamaha.
It's official: Davide Brivio leaves Suzuki MotoGP ahead of F1 switch “A new professional challenge and opportunity suddenly came to me and in the end I decided to take it" https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/9...n6xYENcEaahvTme6BQzVwvIH23Kvm08aSGO1ofBt1g7LE
