Just looked at the Moto GP results , what do you think it's costing the Roberts family to fail so miserably over there?
They could have spent the money here and had success.

 

Watching the second super bike race and Beaubier has checked out by lap 2. He is just hammering it. The race for second is interesting so far.

 

Wonder is Cam has gotten into Toni's head at this point.

 

I've seen a hundred AFM races here like this. There's just something about Sonoma that rewards one rider hitting the rhythm and taking off.

 

Are you insinuating something? I hope I'm not reading into these statements but it's something I've never understood. Everyone loves and respects the privateer making an effort on his own dime but the perception of a rider paying for a ride is completely different. These scenarios are exactly the same in their simplest form....... for whatever reason the rider hasn't been offered a paying job on a team.
Also I am not at all a Joe Roberts nuthugger but I personally wouldn't call his Moto2 performance a miserable failure. Has he set the world on fire, certainly not; but with a new team and an underdeveloped chassis, he's certainly not embarrassing anyone.

 

I more wonder if Dunlop built a tire that no one else likes.

 

Herrin seems to be going good on it. I'm not sure one Suzuki rider not liking a tire qualifies as "no one else likes it".

 

If anything a tire that favors Camrons smooth, wheels in line riding style over the stop and go of Elias...

 

What was Aussie Dave’s DNF for? I haven’t watched the race yet.
