Change of pace on this thread... SPOILER ALERT!

Good season opener for the Suzuki pilots in MotoAmerica. I know the Yamaha boys will be back in the fight tomorrow. Congrats for a GREAT ride BY Bobby Fong!!! Someone please get that guy a legit Superbike ride.

You're a racer, man. We need more of those.

The only place he would lose ground (to the Superbikes) was on the long straights. He was riding his ass off in the corners and on the brakes.

I agree that would be awesome, but look at Herrin this year and Gange last year, stepping up and making the electronics work is hard.

Wymans crash was weird AF. Shame he took out my rider with it.

    Great race 2.

    Elias
    Boobyyay
    Hayden
    Hayes
    Fong
    Herrin
    ...etc

  13. I predicted when this new Gixxer came out that Elias would be MA Champion this year (now that he knows the tracks).

I love me some Hayes, I always root for him and he is my favorite rider. But I still think Elias is the favorite to take the title.

Tony was winning last year with his bike so I guess he has had good bikes before...

Not a ton of passing at least not on tv. I hope the racing gets more exciting as the season progresses. This track has some good passing places too.

Disagree. The track has no flow. It lends itself to processional races.

  20. My thoughts too. Too many sections (like the esses at Road Atlanta) where there is just one line. You might can pass a backmarker in there, but if somebody is running within 1-3sec of the same pace as you, it is damn near impossible to pass without doing something really silly.
