If I recall he was against court orders when he left his home and went to his father's redidence to do some work that's what got him back in court?
Anyways best case scenario is charges are dropped and I wouldn't have to detest one of the racers I admired most. I'd hope he's innocent.... Otherwise it's just damn disturbing.

I had a grandfather that was an old school cop/detective and private detective.
He always said the best thing you can do to ruin a man's life is accusing them of child molestation.
As guilty or innocent once painted in that light it never washes off.
