Agree with Melka, and also JMO.
In a pinch, make sure others are torqued up to spec, and run it. If you happened to notice something not right.... pit or exit track depending on severity of.
Afterward fix'er up! Again, JMO.
Those 3 are not exactly your normal even for GP rotor bolts...
Didn't say or imply anything more about them beyond there were 3 in use to bolt the rotor onto the rim
