Yeah it was one album but it was great.

Let me guess you think Rascal Flats is country? Or that Winger is Metal? Or blink 182 is punk?

So long 'Loaf. You will be missed.

And HIS NAME IS ROBERT PAULSON!

Bat Out of Hell is one of the most successful albums of all time, so somebody likes his music.
Godspeed. Thank you for providing the soundtrack to some of my own dashboard light escapades.

BOOH was a great album. Had it on vinyl in 77-78 as a teenager. I wore the groves out on that MF'er. Paradise by the Dash Board light was a anthem and the lyrics at the end were funny as hell. He had some good stuff later on in his career but nothing will ever top the first album.

He lived a hard partying life style and coupled with his weight and having T2 diabetes that was not well controlled, I'm surprised he lived as long as he did even after he got sober.

Rest easy Michael AKA Meat Loaf and thanks for the great music!

My mom use to play his albums, and God did I hate that shit!
Dr.Hook, another one that made my skin crawl.
But... I did like everything I ever heard about the loaf.
He was a very nice guy.
May he rest in peace.I didn't have to like his music to appreciate him as a person.
