Leather repair needed.

It's been a few years since I had to have some fixed, I've gone with bill the last couple times.
Who's the best and does color matching?
I've heard RS tichi has a person then send stuff to in the us but can't find her contact info.
Any reviews or help is appreciated!

Thanks got in contact with her but she's down for a few weeks with surgery

 

She's worth the wait. I am waiting for her to fix my custom made Kushitanis.
