I just got this old girl painted up by Chuck Deez and mounted up in time to try it out at CMP last weekend in the 106 degree weather.

Ill get some pics posted up as soon as I get my digi cam working or can buy a new one. The bike looks soooooo good. Im so happy how it turned out. I cant wait to be healthy enough to ride it. Working out in the pool again so Im on my way to better days.

VIR is a possibility. Beaver and Nelsons are best case scenario for me right now. Real life sucks Next year should be a whole different ball game.

I have a slightly used 2004 ZRX 1200 I could trade ya!
Just took it for a spin a few days ago.

 

Looks kinda rough....hopefully you didn't get banged up performing the stunt show on it.

 

My hands got the worst of it (of course I usually wear my gloves but that day ...), really lucky all things considered.
Trooper measured from the beginning of the slide to where I stood up and bled to be 450 + ft.
Was able to keep my hands up most of the time, but still have a few things to heal up and my index finger is pretty much missing a knuckle.
Can't stop kicking myself for this one.
No racing at RRR for me later this month.

 

Sounds like you got lucky.....not so much for the bike.

This is my trackday, but should be v7hwt legal.....but has been forgotten about since there are not alot of complainers to allow it in with it's fellow obsolete hwt twins racers.....tlr, rc51, 916. I was going to work out a trade for a rc51, but chuck orchestrated an intervention.
