I wouldn't say the door was left open. It was more like an out of control desperation move. Had Jorge not been there, MM was in the marbles.

I counted three finger wags. Those and Jorge's refusal to clink Freixenet bottles with Marky on the podium amounts to a nuclear murse fight.

 

The only penalty should be Lorenzo Slapping the piss out of him in about 3 hours at the after party. Race Direction should stay out of it. If the Boy wants to race with MEN, He should learn what consequences are. JL didn't fall or get hurt. It's over for now. I think Lorenzo could have run a tighter entry like he did on the previous laps.
He was all the way right almost Baiting Marquez into that move wanting to square him up and beat him that way.

 

Marquez will be the "Berm" before the season is over. That was a shit move.

 

Except this year they have new rules, because of MM banging into people. He may be the first recipient of the rules written because of his riding.

Considering the past on the same corner, no penalty should be called. It would only further the idea that Dorna favors Rossi. Should there be a penalty, probably, but there should have been one in 05 and wasnt. Carry on boys.
