Such a revival would not only help stabilize Iraq, but the Middle East as a whole. What's wrong with that?

As far as weapons of mass destruction, neither you or I know what intelligence we had on WMD. We do know that it was enough to convince Congress to Authorize the use of force by a Bi-Partisen vote of 296 to 133.

I am not paranoid about what we plan on doing in Iraq, We want to get the frick out of there as fast as we can, Thats what I want and it is my understanding that is the plan. If you would have actually read the post.... At that time I had actually thought that these people representative of the opinion of the whole of the WERA organization. I am new here and should have realized that there are a few troublemakers in every crowd. And that is what I have been told by your bretheran.

As far as my statement that this isn't the Moderators living room, this was meant to convey that things said in the moderaters living room are private and things said on forums such as this are public and subject to the Laws I described in my post.

This whole freedom of speech thing got started be me saying that "due north" does not enjoy our first Amendment right to Freedom of Speech. That's all. And you people get wacky! What is it about facts that drives you to the verge of an anarchy. It appears the only thing that gets your interest is talking about punching someone in the nose.

As far as punching people in the nose and going to Law school there are plenty of infractions and misdemeaners that are incurred by Law Students. Usually DWI.

Now in the application process you use a service called the 'Law School Data Assembly Service' (LSDAS) LSDAS prepares and provides a report for each law school to which you apply. A Criminal records check is performed at this time and as such is used in the determination on whether the University accepts your application or not.

So it matters, but like anything, it's part of the whole package and if you have been in a few fights or had other misdemeaner incidents, depending on the school you should be alright. But more than one DWI or a pattern of Lawlessness of course would probably prevent you from being admitted to any Law school.

Now I think that is a civil way to put this matter to rest. I have explained my position. It is mine, I am entitled to it, and I will not participate in any more of these sophmoric discussions.
