Yup. Good for most part. Couple glitches and blank screens early on.

 

No real surprise here. Michael Dunlop switches to Metzeler. And the article confirms the Honda UK team had already switched to Metzeler at the start of the season.

That slow mo of McPint rolling off for a split second mid air then back on for touchdown was so cool.

I do know Sweeney went down hopefully he's going to be ok.

Agreed, stuff you don't realize until they showed and explained it.
Didn't they say Sweeney was OK and just waiting for the medivac ?

ETA: Manxradio reports Sam West went down with leg and hand injuries causing the red flag.

 

Got word was Sam West crash at Laurel Bank that caused red flag . He's OK but with broken leg and hand injuries.
Red flag was for reportedly for fire on the side of the course and remaining rsessions cancelled for tonight.

 

5 crashes tonight, but all just broken bones, nothing serious.

We're expecting Sam to get released soon (he's my teammate). His bike fireballed, which is what closed the course. If he's OK to ride, we're gonna send him out on my BMW for the remainder of the event since I don't have a big-bike entry and it's already all ready to go from the Northwest. That's a big if, tho - even if he's not "seriously" hurt, he'd pretty much need to be ready to go fairly immediately and that might be a big ask.

 

Keep us updated Chris. Manx Radio was the source of "broken leg and hand injuries" report for Sam.
