This podcast was great and I'm hooked. I learned alot, honestly I'm more interested in other ones he's done on health / fitness.

You can tell this guy doesn't drink, though.

I had 6 hours in the car to kill yesterday just to get in half a day's riding at the Kart track. Hopefully someone builds one closer soon, or I may have to take matters into my own hands.

New Riff right next to the party source is a good stop too. If you have time for a drink there, Prohibition bourbon bar and Smoke Justice are both excellent spots with huge selections in the neighborhood. Just a little further away is Old Kentucky Bourbon Bar and Revival Vintage Bourbon shop. Plenty to drink in that neighborhood.

I was dead at 24 by this. And that excludes nicotine, caffeine, hallucinogens and naturally occurring euphorics, nitrous oxide, parts cleaners, freon and assorted unknown substances.

Not on anyone's plan or lifestyle. Don't give a shit, its your life choice to take risks and have fun. Been doing it doing crazy things. and a fast paced lifestyle living in over 50 countries, and am now 43, I''m tired, never thought I'd say this but ready for a slow life

I know plenty of people that use marijuana recreationally and are fine.

I also know a couple people that are totally psychotically addicted and I'm not sure if they know or even care. They have thc in their systems all day or turn into lunatics.

    Mixed feelings on that one.

Wife uses gummies to sleep which in turn helps me sleep cause she's not flip flopping around all night.

I'm not against it, but tread lightly, its absolutely addictive to the right people.

Yacht and offshore life are often more dangerous than drugs and alcohol but are usually combined with them. Lost so many friends and have a lot prematurely retired from it.

thinkin of buying a sailboat I just saw, looks good, most of my life savings, but will always have a home and know how to catch fish, conch, and lobster. I've done it before living on an old sailboat

If I ever decide to check out of life, I would definitely buy a sailboat and get lost.
