Ignition/fuel problem???

A buddy of mine has an 06 600RR no crashes just a pipe, PCIII and velocity stacks. He sent it to get dyno tuned and the bike is running horrible. Here's a copy of the graph. Anyone have any ideas??

 

The upper curve is a reference CBR graph.

 

Try a different tuner

 

They didn't actually tune it. That's the graph on the initial run. Once they saw that they stopped

 

What did the "tuner" say the priblem was?
I love it when "tuners" can't troubleshoot basic performance problems!
Also a few clues might help folks provide good internet diagnostic guesses.
How many miles/races on the engine?
What brand and heat range spark plugs and how many miles on them?
How long since the valve clearances were checked/adjusted?
Is the bike a thrasher or a pristeen unit?

 

Looking at where that graph came from I am going to say that they probably have a tuner that is more than qualified to fix the problem

 

So, what did THEY say the problem was?

 

Stuck injector. Try removing the power commander and try again.
