How to go pro?

    How do you go pro at motorcycle racing? Or atleast how how do you start to get sponsored? What are some things to/not to do? Any specific steps? Or is it just go out, win, and they will come?

    I knew there would be one smart ass who would read the title and think " how do you 'go-pro'? Easy, you push the big button on the camera" LOL. Wasnt too sure how else to word it.
