How do these clip on's go on here again?

There's absolutely no problem if the pinch bolts are torqued to specs. The locking pins are there just to put the clip ons in the "correct" position/angle.

I dont know how or why this became a thing. Whats worse is you have the "budget" clowns that just buy a $300 kit off ebay or some place.

 

This is what they are emulating.....in their own special little way I assume
