Help .mts converter

Besides the Albanian spammers that seem to post up every night, can anyone point me in the correct direction for a decent .mts converter so I can share some video of a high expansion foam test that I did for a KC-135 hanger with other people on the project?

I know, "just download VLC" will come up. I've got it, but I need the file in an MP4, MPEG, or WMV per the project commander's request.
