Will this work on a 2003 ZX 636??? I have already switched the axle around as well. TIA.

 

I think the axle on those models is a bit smaller... correct?

 

I will check it against my 02 Gixxer 6 and see if they are the same or not.

 

If you want to measure the axle diameter (of the ID of the caliper hole) AND the inserted width that the tool needs to be (caliper and swingarm)... I can make you one for your 636.

I will vouch for Piper... I bought two of them and the fit was perfect for my 06 gsxr 600.. the brake caliper stayed in place and my normally frustrating rear wheel change went much smoother than it ever has...

Two thumbs up..!

If you don't have one of these you are definately missing out!

 

Got mine today and used it less than 5 minutes later. I'll never change my wheel without it again!
