    mdr14 What?

Is there anyone out there racing a GSXR 1000 at the expert level, and if so, are you using stock master cylinder and stock calipers?

What is your experience with the brakes, what pads, fluid, maintence, overall impression of the brakes?

brake fade big time..stock calipers are good dump everything else....allot of top racers agree over here..

Mine has a 19 mm Radial Brembo master cylinder, ss lines, Talon Wave disc's, EBC GFA pads, silkolene Synthetic racing fluid...it stops now..biggest problem was brake fade with the stock parts..

Thanks, Thats pretty much my impression, I have tried virtually every pad, with pretty much the same results, the stock brakes ( even with SS lines) suck. Although, my suspision is that the calipers suck more than the mastercylinder, I think the 750 calipers may work better.
